Yamas Driving School in Heidelberg is as bad as hell. Please help me recover my money.

I paid over R5000 for a driver's license in 2020 February and I don't have even a learners license with me in April 2021.

They've been making endless excuses and I ended up taking them to small claims court and they said of the total amount of money I paid, only R500 is my balance. Mind you I told these people from day one that my career depends on it, since I have management qualifications and experience, so if I loose my job it will be difficult to find another one without a license.
