<p> </p> <p>My son bought a Susuki Bandit 1200 on Friday 07/10/2016 and on Saturday 08/10/2016 took it to Yamakazuki in Monument Road to have it repaired. His bike was put in the back of the yard for the mechanic to start working on it Monday 10/10/2016. He was told by the people there that there is cameras showing on the bike 24/7 and thst there is security. He left the bike keys with them then. On Mondsy morning he got a phone call from the owner Rowan Atterburry to say that his bike was ****** out the yard.</p> <p>My son then contact me immediatly and I phoned Yamakazuki speaking to Rowan Atterburry asking him what happend and what are they going to do about it. He got very nasty and abrupt with me and said his IT guy will go through camera footages and phone my son back.</p> <p>He never received any calls from Rowan at all. On Tuesday I phoned Rowen Atterburry again and he said its not his problem I must phone one of his employees which I did. The employee said he was quite shocked when he was told the bike was ****** as he leaves his car there and they never had any break ins.</p> <p>He also told me that they went through the video footage and the camera was on the bike but for 20 minute the camera was not on bike when it got ******. He also said that Yamakazuki slarm went of Sunday st 12:00 and security came out and found nothing wrong. The gate lock was not broken ir damage nor the gate but the bike is missing. The employee also said only 4 people knew the bike was standing at the back the owner Rowan Atterburry the employee my son and the mechanic.</p> <p>There is no effadince of a break in nothing but the bike is gone. The owner Rowan Atterburry said its not his problem and he doesn't care. I tried phoning him 4 times after that at different times and convieniantly his not there. Even the employee said there is something fishy going on cause how can the bike just dissapear. Rowan Atterburry didn't even make any effort to phone the police. Every time you speak to anyone at Ysmakazuki the story chages.</p> <p>I phoned the employee I spoke to and asked him to plse go with my son to the police which he agreed he will do. My son phoned me an half an hour later said the guy came out to him and said sorry he can't go with him he needs to go fetch his kids at school now.</p> <p>Please can you investigate this matter before someone else goes through the same at Yamakazuki and lose a bike that I think the owner or one of his employees took. My son worked hard to buy that bike and saved every penny just to be caught out by Yamakazuki. The owner is Rowan Atterburry tel nr.
