"we are under pressure" Sorry not sorry it seems
normally the experience at this restaurant is moderately a good one, they offer an all you can eat sushi buffet "a meal consisting of several dishes from which guests serve themselves" this was not the case on the 14th of February and sentimentally so given it was valentines day. and a higher volume of consumers as would normally be expected, not that i understand the circumstances, however as responsibility and due diligence of management you make prevision in preparation to such an occasion if client service and value for money is a priority for you . we arrived there to be seated at the sushi bar when place became available, which was absolutely fine because we prefer to help ourselves under the term buffet in witch they advertise , in doing so we ordered a bottle of wine, before we could get through poring a glass we were seated to an empty sushi bar if there was 4 plates it was allot, with 6 chefs frantically preparing sushi for every other table at the restaurant other than their buffet bar, i know this because we sat more than 40 min having placed an order with the waiter for buffet sushi and not one plate was prepared for the bar, only excess of orders that need not go to tables, witch reasonably so had no rotation time on the bar before being taken off by a hungry customer and rightfully so we are all paying money for the buffet
when bringing this matter to the attention of who i assume was the manager or owner we were told to place and order and that they were under pressure, there is nothing she can do? now that's were i disagree because now it becomes my problem, delegate one of the six chefs you have in your kitchen to prepare solely for the purpose of your sushi bar,
poor service, bad management, terrible attitude, non of witch are attributes to good business values.
