Yamaha sound technicians are brilliant !

I took my amplifier to Yamaha for what I perceived to be a problem that had to be repaired. I had the fortune to speak to Michael one of the Technicians. He was MOST knowledgeable, very efficient and a pleasure to do business with. He sorted out my issue in a heartbeat and is a credit to the company.
