Yamaha Alberton has their own business rules

I purshased a incorrect part size from Chase at Yamaha Alberton. I contact him the same day that i collected, notify him that the part is wrong size. I take full responsabillity for wrong part size. Me and Chase agreed that he will look for the correct size. After 3days still not able to find the correct size. And me taking back the part on the fourth day. I requested a refund and is willing to pay the handling fee.. I mailed all my details for a refund to be done and still i have to call after them to finalize this.. I spoke to the owner i presume and he indicated that i can not just do what i please and how i want it done.

Dont support these guys from Yamaha....you are only good enough to make the payment..
