Very bad service

i give my Yamaha jetskee in last year August to repair an plastic strip in the front of my skee and to repair and paint the skee in the front nose where the strip have been broken out.. After a few weeks i went back to Pretoria yamaha to check the progress on the skee and found that my skee painting as well as some plastic strips at the back and on the left side of the skee was scratched. i have phoned Arno as Deric wasn't there at the stage and i took photos of the marks and send it to Arno, his reaction was when i phoned him that he will fined out and will get back to me, which never happened i have to phone them every time back to fined out what going on with my skee. i then went back there after a fed days and Deric said that there are so many boats standing there at that stage and some one have bumped an other trailer into my skee but they will repair it on there own cost..Months went by and the skee was painted numerous times over and are still not right after 8 months standing at Pretoria Yamaha. i went and fetch my skee there 20th of May 2015 as i can not let my skee stand there any more. this is really pathetic service and i wont recommend them to any one
