Poor Service

Phoned in today to order spares for my motorcycle. Was told by Malcolm that he couldn't order the spares until I come in to the store and payment made first. I've ordered spares there a number of times before and never had to do this nevertheless I take off work and go to the shop to order the spares and then after waiting for the staff to stop playing on their phones am told i have to pay cash for spares orders and can't pay with a card. Why wasn't i told this on the phone? So then i had to go running around looking for an atm so i can draw the money to order my spares. What a joke.
