Poor Service

I ordered parts on 19/12/2015 and paid the total invoice. Parts promised to be there 22/12/2015. No communication from their side informing on what the status is on the parts. I called and was informed that the parts did not arrive and maybe it will be there on 23/12/2015. Again no word from them and I had to call again just to hear, the parts are not there yet and might be there on 24/12/2015. Again no word from them and when I called there were no answer. Till now no response.<br> In future will go to another Dealer.
