I HAVE NO MORE WORDS

Hi,<br> <br> I got an issue, i ordered parts for my Yamaha Tmax last week Thursday 31st March 2016, these parts are not available in South Africa, so they have to order it from Japan, I called your distributions in Pinetown as per Graig they order from japan every Monday. <br> <br> So here is my issue if i ordered my parts last week Thursday why wasn't the parts ordered on Monday the 4th of April 2016? as i have phoned your distribution to check if the parts have been ordered and Graig has said no it has not been ordered yet and will only be ordered on the 11th of April 2016, I am dealing with your Randburg Branch Yamaha Linex and spoke to Morgan and i told him it is urgent as my bike is no longer RIDABLE and that is my transport to work and back, Now i have to wait a week longer to get my parts maybe longer, and it is certainly affecting my workplace as now i have to arrive late and leave earlier than my work hours due to alternative transportation, I rely on my bike and now I have to risk my job due to Yamaha not having those parts in stock and delaying to order the parts a week later.<br> <br> please what other solutions is there to get my parts here quicker.<br>
