Extremely bad service from Yamaha

I am VERY disappointed in Yamaha Somerset West. The traffic departments gate fell over on my s****** and the was some damage. I took my s****** to Yamaha to get a quote from them to fix it. I ONLY REQUESTED A QUOTATION, NO WORK TO BE DONE! Left s****** there at 8:30 in the morning, at 14:00 I phoned to find out if they are done. They informed me they are still busy on the s****** and will phone me at 16:00. 16:40 they phoned and told me I can come and collect my s****** at 17:15 (strangely 15min before they close). On collection I asked if there was a lot wrong with my s****** and the man told me no, not alot is wrong. When I left there I could feel something is different when driving. I carried on driving thinking I was paranoid. I could not even reach my house, the s****** cut out and died. I did not want to start again. Seeing as they were closed I phoned the next morning. They ditched the s****** and it was not long before they phoned and told me that they are not excepting responsibility for the s****** cutting out. There is to much wrong with it and the problem now is not because of the accident, the diaphragm must have broken while I was driving home! Please note that for 1 week after the incident, I could still drive it and it was not cutting out and no starting problems. The man admitted that they worked on the Carburetor and on nothing else. My question is WHY work on it of you don't have permission. No I am stuck without transport and I am suffering loss of income because I can't work. And they just wash their hands!!!!! I beg people, please watch were you go to get quotes from. It doesn't mean that they are a branded 'proffetional' company, that they are any good.
