Atrocious Servce from Yamaha

Absolutely Atrocious Service from them. Would NEVER recommend dealing with them. I ordered 2 Remote Controls from them Mid September 2019. They said 6-8 Weeks. (This was bad enough) and wanted payment upfront. After 7 weeks, early November 2019 I phoned to get update. They said still 1 month more. After this month had passed I phoned again to be told ONLY 1 Remote had arrived. They said give them 1 more week for the second to arrive. I asked to have the 1 delivered. For a week they said delivery the next day after my phoning every day to get an update. End Result I still don't have it. 3 MONTHS later. I wonder if I will get a refund. I have asked for CEO/COO contact details but so far they have not given this.
