PUBLIC WARNING – MY EXPERIENCE WITH SHARIFA MOHAMED & MUAAZ MOHAMMED (YALLA HABIBI ART)
This is NOT a misunderstanding. This is NOT a delay. In my experience, I have been CONNED. Sharifa Mohamed and her husband Muaaz Mohammed, who run Yalla Habibi Art, pressured me into placing an order with them. They were extremely responsive and persistent until the moment I sent the payment. The second the money cleared, their communication basically died. For one full month, I kept chasing them for the order I PAID for. Every time I followed up, they gave yet another empty promise like “it’s going out this week”. They sent me a waybill that turned out not to be a real courier waybill, because, and I was later told this directly, Muaaz supposedly does the deliveries himself. So the “tracking” they provided was completely meaningless. They even sent a picture of a “packed box” that never arrived. No delivery. No refund. No honesty. Since posting about this, multiple people have come forward telling me they experienced the SAME THING with Sharifa and Muaaz. Not one mistake. Not one delay. A pattern. So let me be clear: I paid in full. I did not receive my order. I was given false delivery claims. And I am now hearing from other people who say the same happened to them. I am demanding IMMEDIATE refund, and I will continue to publicly warn others until this is resolved properly. If you are considering placing an order with Yalla Habibi Art, Sharifa Mohamed or Muaaz Mohammed, please be VERY careful and do your research. I wish someone had warned me.
