Yahoo - stay the f*ck away from them!

How is it impossible to assist with account activation without an account key? My mobile phone was recently ****** and on it was the Yahoo Mail app. Whentrying to log on to my emails through my laptop, it request that I accept the account key notification on my phone. After numerous attempts to bypass this - with emails back and forth to the so-called help centre, I am still unable to log on to my emails. This large company is playing with people's future and life here. I do understand that this is a security risk, however, I have provided them with more then enough info on my account.
