Yahoo has no support, no way to recover email

Unbelievable. I some how manage to send requests to Yahoo regarding recovering an email where both recovery methods given are no longer working. They told me to try their help steps or read on Twitter , which I’ve tried the steps given and they all either wAnt to use recovery number or email or the email I’m trying to recover. Or another option is to use Pro, where you pay monthly. Should anyone be paying monthly for a basic service as this ? Then when I rep****, they said my ticket is closed as it has been five days since I didn’t respond, yet all took place in less than twenty-four hours, as I needed help urgently. Still stuck . But wow what trash of service
