Disgusting service

I had an issue with my yahoo email n couldn’t get in. I complained to yahoo who put me in touch with a live consultant who promised to set things right if I paid R590 which I did . It then took me to another screen and took of another R610.00. They say it’s fully refundable they are *****. I m asking for my money for over a month n ea h time I ask they put me through to another live chat who wants to charge me. I have asked for my refund more than a dozen times I just want my money back . Pathetic rather open a gmail or outlook email than with a company that daylight robs you
