Yes to Yaga!

I'm a buyer and I completely became addicted to the site. I love scrolling and viewing all the items. I mark my favorites and there they wait until I can afford to buy them. It frustrates me when there is a delay in people replying. I've only tried to sell one item on a previous occassion without any success but it's definitely something I am considering to do again in the near future. I only had one failed transaction. The seller never shipped my purchase but that was swiftly resolved by Yaga's support team. The purchase was cancelled and I received my refund very quickly. I'm not a fan of the additional costs especially if the product only costs R10 or R20. My suggestions are as follows: 1) Clients should be allowed to meet up in the event that the transport costs are higher than the selling price or if clients are within the same region or area. 2) Perhaps a link to send a WhatsApp or SMS should be included so that communication is more effective. 3) Clients should be compelled to submit not only their province but their suburb aswell. Too much time is spent on asking where the seller resides. No further comments except that I thoroughly enjoy using this app. Well done!
