Yaga Refund

I purchased an item from a seller on Yaga and I wasn't happy with the item received and returned it back to the seller. Now I have emailed yaga but I keep receiving feedback that she (seller) must cancel the order from her side so that I can get my refund of which she told me that yaga must do that because she won't cancel anything on her side. Please help so I can get my money back as I have returned her item..
