Yaga Platform

Had a positive experience with Yaga Support when a seller did not send the item that I purchased. I got totally ghosted by the seller, gave her ample time to respond, but to no avail.

I contacted Yaga support and they contacted the seller. My purchase was subsequently cancelled after they did not get any reply from her. I got the funds returned to my account.

I am only giving 4 stars though, as the seller is still active on the platform, without any penalties for not honouring her part of the sale. I was left with a very disappointed daughter after the purchase was cancelled.

There should be consequences when the terms and conditions are not adhered to from both buyers and sellers.
