Yaga only Protects Buyers NOT for Sellers

As Seller Yaga do not protect you only the Buyer gets protected.

1. As I have ad multiple problems with them. When pudo order goes missing/locker show up empty on clients side. I had to fight for month to get funds from pudo just so I can cancel the order to refund the client due to there mistake. Yaga did nothing.

2. Second of all when they host delivery specials there app do not work for weeks on end. I have to end up paying the exatra courier cost to get the product out to the client. As they say just book via pudo to get I out. Yet they don't understand they host R49 specials then we have to pay R119 for deliver x that with 6 orders not worth it.

3. Anyone that don't even buy or comunicate with you can report you for any reason they see fit [even if they jjst think photo is take from the internet, we take quality proper shop photos]. As well as if the buyer is not happy with quality of a product, even when the product is brand new and original photos with date and time of product taken so client see exactly what they will receive, they can report you and ask for redund but yet don't want to paybthe return fee.

4. Don't get me started on yaga's stupid idea for buyers to make offer to lowering the prices to ridiculous prices. Honestly clients on yaga wants everything for free. Then they can still report you for being rude, when you just decline the offers.

Instead of yaga better there up by creating clearing messages button, as it keep showing unread but there is no messages, app keep malfunctions. Have to contact them whole time to fix it.

5. Don't get me started on buyers that don't communicate just buy then messages they expect it to ship same day. People have live can't just jump ever time someone says will never have a life then. I made it priority to send orders out weekly in 7 day time frame. Even insured the parcels safety to not deposit on weekends when it will just be sitting in the lockers etc. Yet you can get reported for Drop shipping from yaga as you don't deliver fast enough. Yet there terms says you have up to month to send it.

6. When yaga decides they want they can ban you sonic you ordered items just know you won't get them. If you sold items they are gone for ever los and they buyers get there money back and product of it was delivered.

Honestly this is ONLY FOR BUYERS.
