Yaga is not shop user friendly

Very cool online store which makes it easy for everyone to have their own shop to reach a large number of people at once.

the biggest problem is how one individual can have your entire shop closed just by flagging your items as counterfeit, this makes it very easy to destroy your competitors.

I had an incident where 80% of my stock was flagged counterfeit even though I provided enough information about the item so that the customer can do a background check on the goods, I even listed a picture of shoes with the box that clearly states where it comes from but yaga agreed with the competitor to it being "****", I'm disappointed of how much access yaga grants our competitors to bring us down, I mean most items are second hand and would not have receipts or clear information or serial numbers as if they were new, should we be destroyed for wear and tear ?, how can you authenticate a pair of Levi's jeans which are 9 years old and have had a fair share of wash and wear?, how can you deem something as **** if you've never dealt with that specific item before, is wear and tear deemed as Quality control or rejects according to yaga?
