YAGA IS A ****- Don't use this platform. I lost over R3,000 on yaga!

I bought an 8GB RAM Laptop on yaga (from IT Technologies) for R3500. Yaga charged a "buyer protection fee" of over R300. The machine I received didn't have the specs advertised and was in bad shape. The buyer agreed to replace it which he eventually did. But the second machine was a 4GB RAM machine, so it didn't meet the specs I had paid for (and had other issues- I had to buy a new charger despite it being advertised as working- it wasn't). He agreed to replace it but kept making excuses, so I asked yaga to resolve. They didn't.

They make the excuse that it should not be marked received- even though they actually mark goods as received themselves after 48 hours. After a lot of correspondence that didn't explain (as I asked repeatedly) what the "buyer protection fee" is. their solution was that I should sell the dud machine on yaga!!

So:

1. They actively encourage ****mers to put faulty stuff on their site 2. The seller that they know is a ****mer remains on their site. They know what happened but leave him there to find new victims 3. They charge a meaningless "buyer protection fee" that is just a ****- it does not protect the buyer. 4. They do not resolve disputes. 5. After I pointed out that their policy provides for a refund, they went and changed their terms and conditions! That is just sneaky. 6. I have used yaga for years- will NEVER use them again.
