Yaga is ****!!

Definitely would give them a minus one star. Purchased an item from a seller who would not reply to my messages after the fact or post the parcel,reached out to yaga support and got an email from Sandra that said Wednesday we will assist,on Wednesday she tells me that 48hrs is up yet as part of their cancellation procedure.7 full days in and I’ll only get my money on Friday.I reported this issue earlier to avoid such nonsense,I swear yaga support is only one sided!i can wait for them to get some completion that doesn’t doesn’t have a protection fee that doesn’t even protect you.Bunch of nonsense
