Amazing experience overall! Buying and selling items is super convenient and easy. The Yaga support team is always helpful, fast, and efficient — I had an issue with an order and it was resolved in less than 24 hours.

The only concern I have is with the buyer protection fee. For lower-value items (for example around R30), the fee feels quite high and almost matches the item price. It might be worth reconsidering the percentage or structure for smaller purchases to make it more affordable.

Otherwise, really great platform and experience!
