Yaga does nothing about sellers who sell counterfeit items!

I recently purchased a bag from a seller: Penelope’s Little Botique. She advertises all of her products as authentic brand new items. I purchased a bag from her account which she claimed to be from Zara, but after I received the item I realized it was a counterfeit item. I went in person to look at the bag at Zara itself, there were very obvious differences such as the zip, material, colour of the inside of the bag, there was a product number on the button on the inside that took me to a link to shein (which the real Zara bag did not have, the button is completely blank) and the tag. She had created a false Zara tag which was close to the real one, but also completely different. I had unfortunately already pressed item received, so I knew I couldn’t get a refund from Yaga itself, but when I emailed them and showed them that her account is selling counterfeit items, nothing was done about this, despite it being said on their app/website that selling counterfeit items are prohibited. Eventually I arranged to sell the item back to the seller, and then she resold the bag before she even received it back from me, and had me ship it to the new buyer (and they probably weren’t even aware of the fact that it was a return being resold to them straight from the returners house.)I made Yaga aware of this, and they said that as her and I made our own arrangements, if she wants me to ship it to that persons address, I have to. I am disappointed in the fact that Yaga allows people to sell items that are counterfeit and that claim to be selling the real item, as I have never had a problem with their app before this, but I see I’m not the only one who has dealt with this. Do better Yaga!!
