YAGA bad customer service

My first purchase was a headache and a waste of time. I paid and opted for postnet delivery. I then get message from seller that she is at postnet and that YAGA is not yet connected to postnet system and cant send and that I cancel the sale, do an eft and then arrange my own courier co to collect. I told seller I am not happy and that she must just cancel the sale and refund me. I made a report and so far yaga not yet responded. this is the first time and last time that I will be buying on YAGA, as the platform seems unsafe to buy and when you report YAGA does not even reply.
