This is a secure online shopping app that gives buyers and sellers a platform to trade on. The support team are amazing, polite and very responsive. Queries are dealt with professionally and promptly. There are strict rules in place to safeguard both buyers and sellers, so any ******** out there are shut out. If new buyers were less hasty and could first read through the simple processes before transacting, this would make the sellers admin less draining and time consuming. Perhaps a mandatory online tutorial needs to be completed before new users have their accounts activated. At the moment it takes seconds to open up an account and start transacting before any suggested processes have been read. By doing this they will soon understand that Yaga does not work like meet and greet advertising web pages and the process does not end once they’ve clicked on ‘buy’. There are specific steps that need to be completed post purchase. Other than that, I have only had good experiences with Yaga and the team and currently it is the only app that ticks all the boxes for me. Happy user.
