WALLET CREDIT ******

Don't ever download the YAGA App or make any purchases.I made 3 purchases in November 2023.No problem with the first 2 .The 3rd purchase was never dispatched and the money was credited to my wallet.I did not withdraw the money and left it there for a future purchase.I wanted to buy something last week,all trace of purchase as well as the credit have disappeared.Now a Cole from customer support firstly takes a while to grasp what you are saying and is absolutely useless.He now wants the order number and store BUT YAGA has cleared my history and my credit.No emails were everywhere received when I made these purchases and now this not capable employee wants an old email.This is quite the racket they are running.Just don't buy via them contact the sellers via their other channels much safer.
