Terrible customer service

Yaga asked me to write a review after they failed to help me with an issue with another user threatening me to get me removed from the site as they are part of the family at owns Yaga, all because they didn't like the price of one of my items.

Yaga customer service says they can't do anything about it, but users who bully others should be banned or removed from their site.
