Shocking!

I purchased an item on the Yaga platform on Sunday the 23rd, which was delivered to Pudo on Wednesday 26th, from this day I was incessantly pestered by the seller to collect the parcel. Telling me if I don't fetch the parcel in 2 days, it will be sent back to her. I informed her that if this is the case, she can get the parcel returned to her and load a mock item to the value of the courier fee to her store, which I will buy. However, communication from The Courier Guy states that I have up to 5 days to collect the item. I took time off work today to travel to The Courier Guy to collect my parcel, only to find that the seller requested for the parcel to be sent back to her, without informing me of the arrangement. Refund me! You have wasted enough of my time and resources.
