Seriously degraded

Yaga has become very "influencer-centric", editors choice etc is mostly the same influencer shops getting exposure over and over again, mind me a lot of followers but little sales - but nevertheless they are still at the front. The shops that bring in the sales are never picked for anything although they bring in the most Yaga commission. As for Yaga support, it's close to non existent, on Monday I send an email regarding a payment that was not released, only to get back an automated response to "Email again on Monday", I had to write an email back to them reminding that it is Monday already. Seriously? A lot of underaged users 11/12 year old kids with limited contractual capacity thinking Yaga is monopoly, making silly offer and telling you that they are waiting for their parents to come home to make a purchase. Seriously? As for the Yaga fees and Offer button , don't even get me started, just time wasters , people either complain about paying commission and delivery Or make crazy offers
