Sellers: be warned, Yaga doesn’t have your back

I used to love Yaga and have had great success with selling and buying items. Unfortunately it seems of late as the business that protection is more on the side of buyers than sellers, and it’s very difficult to have anything resolved as a seller when the buyer is at fault. In the last 3 orders I have shipped the buyers have just not bothered to collect the items - despite being updated on shipping constantly. Yaga seems to laugh it off, whilst I am here out of pocket. The payment should be released 48 hours after proof of the item arriving at its destination. Why should I have to run around following up constantly with Yaga and the buyer when I have done everything I am supposed to?
