Sellers aren't protected

Had two cases now. It's a wonderful platform to sell but a seller you have no protection, lady bought a Carrol Boyes item swop it out for **** send it back I lost the sale and product. No help from Yaga just email upon email. second case:The buyers don't release the money, so many times you have to remind them if you ask Yaga to help 72h later they still send same message is it longer than 48h - you reply yes and still no funds get released. It's risky for a seller, for that reason I started selling lower priced items on yaga it's better to loose R50 than R500.
