Seller sold defected goods

I purchased a jacket,on the description the seller didn’t state that it has a defect.On it’s arrival saw lots of holes.Contacted Yaga the advised me to speak to the seller and not to click the receive buttons.I did make the seller aware of the state of the jacket and I send it back.As soon as it arrived to the seller nearest courier the money was paid back into my wallet
