Pathetic!!! Disappointed in Yaga.

If my rating could be in a minus or zero I would certainly rate that. Yaga honestly does not protect the seller. The buyer no longer wants the item, I refused to agree to cancel the order, because I would be losing out as I paid for the delivery to send the parcel, if i cancel the order the full amount gets paid back to the buyer. Yaga does not care that I am not agreeing, they are saying I have to cancel the order, the buyer has not accepted or collected the parcel from the courier and automatically the couriers sends it back to the sender if the parcel is not collected over a certain period. Now I have to wait for my garment and I not getting my delivery money back. I don't have money to waste on buyers that don't know what they want. This is pathetic. I have never heard of a seller having to cover cost for delivery for the buyer. Not the first time, but definitely the last!!!!!!
