Outstanding Service Everytime!

I have used the Yaga platform for over two years and only have good things to say.

Yaga's customer service team is excellent! They are always an email away with sound advice and guidance. Sometimes they have a two-day turnaround time for responses (I am sure to accommodate weekends, which is normal and acceptable). In most cases, they have responded to my emails within a few hours. Over the years, friendly assistants have helped me reach unreachable sellers, get my money back on an incorrectly listed buy, and navigate the app when I needed to update it for a friend.

I give Yaga five stars!
