Not such good service from Yaga

I ordered the Afrikaans study guide from a seller on yaga. He contacted me and told me that the book was already sold to someone else. I've been trying since the 10th April 2024 to have my money refunded. I'm sending emails to them, but they don't go through on the address given (***). I'm really disappointed about the bad service I'm getting from them. Will not recommend to purchase from them.
