No protection for sellers / unfairness

If you are a seller / have a store on Yaga please beware !!! It has happened to me and multiple other people I know .

As a seller we have no protection whatsoever, buyers will buy your items and then ruin and damage it and tell Yaga you send it in that condition.

Then the buyer gets to have and use your items and then gets send back to you all damaged and they get their full refund . Then you are stuck with your items being damaged.

It’s pathetic ! Yaga doesn’t believe you even if you have proof

Yaga please do something about this and protect your sellers that actually are trying to make money
