No funds or item

Not a good experience at all. I feel like Yaga protects the buyer only and not the seller. I posted a item on my store. A person in another country expressed interest. We negotiated and agreed on a price. I sent the item. The person received it. I can see on the courier tracking feature. How ever on the yaga app it shows it still in transit. The person expressed their is minor issues wrong with it. They will get it fixed it. Its been 3 days since the person has the item. They haven't released the money. And now I sit without a item I was suppose to sell for someone and no money. This person knows what they doing. The person was quiet rude. I have reported their profile for ***** but no contact from yaga. Theres no way one contact them either.
