I placed an order for 99%vitC serum on 29/03/2021. They don't deliver it, when I ask about my order they refer me to @mel-barsatole, this company say to me, they did not receive any notification from Yaga, when I go back to Yaga they blocked me.

13 Jul 2021, 16:04Hi John, I'm happy that we got this misunderstanding sorted out via email. We do not have the capability to block anyone - in the current case a wrong email was used. You can always reach us by writing to *** - we always reply's as soon as possible but always within 48h. :)
