Mixed feelings

I've had a mixed experience with this app. Initially, I stopped using it due to the limited communication options with sellers, which relies solely on the in-app "chat with seller" feature. My last experience was particularly frustrating, with a seller responding after nearly a month, by which time I'd already purchased the product elsewhere. To improve, I suggest adding an option for sellers to share their direct contact information, such as phone numbers or email addresses.
