Jaga does not support sellers
I like the app. However there is no backup or support for sellers. I have send numerous parcels out which buyers don't collect. So I loose my products and the shipping fee and no back up from jaga to support the seller? How do you support the sellers Jaga? Can we name and shame the people who does this to the sellers?

21 May 2023, 22:22Yaga does not support sellers. They don't even respond to questions been directed to them. In fact I don't think the ask button is actually even working..Be aware that you may loose you items when selling to people who does not collect.. Or they collect and just never bother to accept that they collected. So it cost you money to send your items to someone who is dishonest. And no support from Yaga. My sales for these type of clients are close to R900. Still no. Pathway to any assistance from Yaga
