I want my money back

Had a horrible experience. Yaga reversed the money of the buyer who wanted the shoes and I had to forfite my courier of someone who made a choice that they wanted the shoe and I had to be penilised for something I had no control of. I would strongly advise other seller to be aware of this. I'm so ****ed?
