I have used Yaga for while and when you are dealing with reputable sellers/ buyers it is great. When things go wrong the platform doesn't work. Stuck with a situation where the buyer has not collected the item. Is not responding to any communication and the parcel is now stuck at a Pudo depot and I am battling to get it back. Yaga only has an automated Bot system for queries. I found an old email address for *** za and no one responds to that. DONT use the platform. When things go wrong you are stuck without support or help. Now I am battling to get my item back and I don't have the funds for the item either as obviously seller hasn't released funds. In theory the cost of return of parcel is to be born by purchaser but heaven knows how to get that done in practice!! Will be closing my shop on the platform!!
