I did not receive the funds for my item that I delivered to a buyer.

This app has multiple big problems:

1) If a buyer does not collect the item (which is 100% out of the control of the seller), the seller can then lose both th mney AND the item, as it will be sent back and forth over months, and if the seller is not there at the time (for the entire multiple month time period), then the item is confiscated due to not being collected and the seller loses out and loses the value of the item. This is unacceptable, since the seller delivers the item in good faith and THEY are the one who loses out, the buyer who did not collect the item does not lose out. That is the wrong way around.

2) This is the slowest app I have ever used in my life.

3) Yaga has no customer service. If something goes wrong (and it often does), they don't care and they do nothing about it. Not their problem. They make it your problem.

4) If you want to send out items to sellers and then just end up not getting the money, go ahead and use this app.
