Horrible investigation done, no support for the seller!!

I’m so upset that Yaga has absolutely no protection for the seller. I was selling my Chanel No5 perfume for R2000 because it was practically brand new, all pictures were provided to the buyer, the serial number, pictures of the bottle, boxing etc. I sent the buyer a message saying that because this perfume is such an expensive perfume I cannot accept a return because there are too many ****mers that can remove the perfume from the bottle, and add it with water sustenance. The buyer agreed and said he still wanted the perfume. Once the buyer received the perfume, he immediately claimed that it was **** and was sending it back. I had sent Yaga multiple emails, saying that this guy is a ****mer. The buyer then sent the perfume back, but everything was damaged, it wasn’t sent back in the original box, the Chanel logo was damaged (like it tried being removed) the lid was so badly dented and came off so easily, and the perfume smelled nothing like the original scent. The amount of emails I sent to yaga is ridiculous, with photos of how the buyer sent the perfume back, and the back and forth messages between the client and I. Yaga had done no proper investigation, every time I sent an email, it was a new person that wasn’t aware of the situation. I am so disappointed. Absolutely horrible customer care, their emails are all friendly and stuff, but nothing is being done, just apologies. I will not use Yaga again for anything! Honestly, the worst system to have in SA
