Help with refund

I had bought an item from a seller who said his product was authentic when it wasn’t, it was a really good dupe. Some of the product didn’t work and stupidly I released the funds without checking the product. I contacted the buyer explain the issue and he promised me a refund then he ghosted me. I sent all the chats and proof of the item to Yaga and they helped me get my refund. Only concern is I see that the seller still has his ****s posted on his store even though yaga’s policies emphasis authenticity
