I have been using this platform for the past 4 months and I have had a handful of "troubleshooting problems " not caused by Yaga but by Buyers, or Sellers and I was blown away by how Yaga handled every situation, promptly and Profesionally every single time. The only constructive criticism I could offer this marketplace is to sort out the constant need to "update" There's also a bit of lagging or screen freezing when you try to upload more than 10 items onto your store. But other than that, I am absolutely blown away by this platform, making it so easy to buy and sell goods at great prices. I highly recommend this platform as the app has zero tolerance for people selling **** products, lying about images used, exploiting buyers and misleading buyers. When you report something Yaga sorts it out swiftly, even removing "****" accounts. And because your money is on hold until you receive your item and click on the "received" button, your money is safe from ********** transactions. And they offer so many delivery options making it easy to receive or send. I also love the fact that the price you ask for an item is 100% what your receive as Yaga does not take any of your money, they charge a separate fee to the Buyer called "Buyers protection fee" and the Courier Company gets their money separately from the Buyer. So it's a win win for all 4 parties involved. I am absolutely 100% happy with this platform and I am having so much fun selling and buying on Yaga.
