Great support when a sale didn't happen!

I had great help from Catlyn when an order I placed got ignored by the seller. I contacted support with all the details, and when the seller didn't respond to them, they organised my refund and get me updated along the way. I was sad I didn't get the order, but so relieved to have been helped so quickly and professionally. Such a great platform to purchase from, knowing if things go wrong, your money is safe!
