great platform

I sent some items via PUDO for a buyer. She had collected the items on 13 Dec 2023, but by 20 Dec had still not confirmed receipt. I emailed yaga support on the 20th and they promptly responded. the buyer remained unresponsive over 48hrs therefore they stepped in and released my funds through to me by 22 Dec 2023. What a pleasure! Thank you Yaga :-)
