GOT A DAMAGED, MOULDY AND INCOMPLETE ORDER WITHOUT HELP FROM YAGA

Bought a bundle, seller sent the items with alot of damage i was not told about. There was mould and i was not allowed to send it back, yaga acknowledged this and said u should still send it back, but there was no garentee id get my money back if pudo disposes of the parcel. I said id leave that claim then but they need to sirt our my other claim as i also did not recieve my full order. Seller admitted to never sending one of the items i paid for since she sold it to someone else. The seller gas been hostile and yaga tels me i have to sort it out with the seller, the seller is now completely ignoring me
